How long does delivery take?

The delivery time within Germany, Austria, and most EU countries is approximately 3-5 business days after shipmenthelp.marketprint.de. Please note that production time (printing the product) can take an additional one to two days. However, as soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation. How do you ship orders? Is there tracking?
We ship all orders with DHL – a reliable shipping service provider. This has the advantage for you that shipments can also be delivered to packing stations and are usually delivered on the next business day. As soon as we hand over your package to DHL, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code. With this, you can check online at any time where your delivery currently is. Of course, all packages are insured, so you don't take any risks. If a problem should arise during transit, we will, of course, help you.

Do you also ship internationally, and are there customs fees?
Yes, we ship internationally. In addition to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we supply customers in almost all EU countries and many other states (e.g., USA, Canada, and many more). However, if you order outside the EU (e.g., in Switzerland or the USA), import duties or customs fees may apply. These fees are levied by the respective country and usually have to be paid by the recipient. Within the European Union, no customs fees apply. Depending on the product, we use the optimal printing technique for the best possible result. Clothing such as T-shirts, hoodies, or bags are usually printed using the direct-to-garment (DTG) process. High-performance printers apply the ink directly to the fabric – this allows for detailed motifs in many colors. The textile printing inks used are water-based, durable, and wash-resistant, so the print still looks vibrant after many washeshelp.marketprint.de. For mugs, thermal mugs, and other hard materials (ceramic, metal), sublimation printing is used: The design is vaporized into the surface with high heat. How do I find the right size for T-shirts, hoodies & co.?
To ensure your new favorite item fits perfectly, we provide a size chart for each piece of clothing. You can usually find it on the product page under "Size Chart" or in the item description. There, measurements (width and length in cm) are given for each sizebrightlightsarts.de. It's best to take a well-fitting T-shirt/hoodie of your own and measure it (armpit to armpit for width, collar to hem for length) and compare the values with our chart. Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Our ceramic mugs (330 ml standard "Glossy" mugs) are dishwasher-safe – the print on them even withstands industrial dishwashersbrightlightsarts.de. So you can easily clean them in the dishwasher without the motif fading. They are also microwave-safe (certified according to BS EN 15284:2007)brightlightsarts.de, so you can heat your drink directly in the mug in the microwave. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item if I don't like it or it doesn't fit?
Of course, we want you to be satisfied. If that's not the case, you can make use of our 30-day return policy – which means you can return products to us up to 30 days after receiptbrightlightsarts.de. The condition is that the items are unused and in their original condition (please no signs of washing, damage, etc.)brightlightsarts.de. How does the return work? It's best to contact us briefly by email (or use our return form) so we know something is coming back. Then, send the goods to our return address in Germany. In such cases, we naturally take responsibility: We will either send you a free replacement or, if desired, refund the purchase amount – whichever you prefer. In den USA gibt es kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht wie in der EU. Um unsere Preise fair und die Wege kurz zu halten, bieten wir für US-Bestellungen aktuell kein Standard-Retourenmanagement an. Sollte aber mal etwas qualitativ nicht stimmen (z.B. ein Fehldruck), finden wir über unseren Support immer eine unkomplizierte Lösung für dich – versprochen!

Muss ich bei einer Bestellung in den USA zusätzliche Steuern zahlen?
